Are you dealing with the woes of being human? Feeling like you need to vent but can't talk about it with your family and friends? Schedule a vent session! At the beginning of the session you get to set the intention ( are we looking for solutions or do we need to just vent) and then we spend your allotted time talking through the pain points in your life.
