Hi, I'm Andi!

I started my journey at the age of 7, mediating fights between friends at recess and selling friendship bracelets that I made on the leg of my desk at school. I always knew that when I grew up I wanted two things: to help people and to create. It took a change in schools and majors (from political science with a marketing minor to human development and family studies) in college to find my true calling. Studying why we are the way we are, how we develop, societal factors that play into our development, and all about relationships mixed with creating programs, researching, etc. Let's just say I was in my element. Seeing all of the possibilities and all of the ways I could maximize my potential and help people just lit my soul on fire! My college experience was spent working full time and going to school full time. If I went out with my friends you could find me, the DD, listening to and giving advice to strangers and giving pep talks to drunk girls in the bathroom!

Flash forward through some amazing experiences working in the non profit sector, working in childcare, owning my own business, and then working for a company that helped startups. I managed a team of up to 25 people, worked with clients (mainly c-level executives), and found my passion for creating systems, processes, resources, and programs for employees to feel valued and appreciated.

Throughout these amazing experiences there have been huge life changes. Navigating becoming a wife, a mother, then a co-parent/ working single mother, all came with welcomed challenges. The one thing that has always been constant is my ability to coach and mentor others. Through my background and education I have helped many individuals move forward to achieve their goals both personally and professionally. I've helped businesses adopt processes and programs for their staff and or customers, make connections that help them grow their business qualitatively and quantitatively, and create resources to help employees and or clients.

Being able to live out my passion of helping people, is not only my dream it is my purpose. Being able to work with people who want to be the best version of themselves, who want everything that life has to offer, and who want to put in the work is indescribable.
